How many places are available for international students?

It’s good to keep an eye on places available for international students. In most countries, entry quotas are set each year and limited by country. However, some countries have special agreements that allow larger numbers of students from specific countries (or regions). Australia has one of these programs called Australia Awards which allows a select number of international students into their system based on government-to-government agreements. What does an English language proficiency test cost?
