How long does it take to receive a refund?
Excess funds or refunds will be returned according to the term(s) specified by the provider. If the provider does not indicate refund and/or excess fund information, the University of Phoenix will mail a refund or excess funds back to the provider. Refunds are processed within 10 business days and refund checks are issued by University of Phoenix Corporate Accounting. It may take up to six weeks to receive your refund check. Contact the Center for Scholarship Excellence if you do not receive your check within six weeks.
