Here are the business innovation and investment visa types for Australia:

• Australia Business Innovation and Investment Provisional Visa – subclass 188. This short-term business visa is issued for four years and three months to visa applicants nominated by an Australian state or territory. You must be invited to apply. For each stream, you must invest significant money and prove that you hold a specific amount of personal and business assets. You cannot apply for this visa if you are older than 55. • Australia Business Talent Visa – subclass 132. A business talent visa 132 has two streams for you; a significant business history stream and a venture capital stream. For the considerable business history stream, you must provide evidence of a net value of at least AUD1.5 million. While for your venture capital stream, you must have a venture capital investment of AUD1 million.
• Australia Investor Visa – subclass 891. For this visa, you must already have a provisional business visa 162 and provide evidence that you held your designated investment of AUD1.5 million for four years. Visa 891 is also a permanent visa.
• Australia Sponsored Business Owner Visa – subclass 892. You can apply for this visa if you have a provisional business visa 160, 161, 162, 163, 164, and 165. You must also show evidence that you lived for a year in Australia under your provisional visa before applying for visa 892.
• Australia Sponsored Investor Visa – subclass 893. For this visa, you must have a provisional visa 165 before you apply and demonstrate that you held your designated investment of AUD750,000 before using it.
• Austra Italia Business Innovation and Investment Extension Visa- subclass 188. This is an extension visa granted to holders of business innovation and investment visa 188 if they want to extend their business visa. For your business innovation and investment visa application, your documents have to be in English when you apply. If any documents are issued in another language, then ensure you provide a translated version alongside the original.
